FIRE HYDRANTS

Quality fire hydrants of all types are offered by IMCO. Whether it be underground or above-ground, dry barrel hydrants (slide-gate, toggle or compression) or wet barrel, Imco International Ltd have the fire hydrant which will meet your requirements.

Additionally, hoses and matching accessories such as couplings may also be supplied according to client requirements.







WATER METERS & FLOW METERS

IMCO can offer both household water meters as well as advanced flow control meters of all types.

For domestic water meters we can offer dry dial, wet dial, digital, analogue, prepaid etc with many different and varying features dependent on the project requirements.

For water flow meters, we offer a variety including ultrasonic, magnetic, flanged, clamp on etc. We use a range of factories in Europe as well as China for manufacturing. All factories adhere to international standards and all products are tested and inspected prior to dispatch.


MANHOLE COVERS

IMCO offer a large range of EN 124 manhole covers and grates. From the minimum class of A15 (15KN test load) all the way up to F900 (900Kn test load).

We have the capability to offer all kinds of manhole covers, gully and tree grates according to the EN124 standard. The products can be labelled according to the client’s requirements and specifications. 

We are also able to offer bollards and lamp posts to complement our range.




PENSTOCKS

A penstock is a sluice or gate or intake structure that can control water flow. Our penstocks are bespoke, manufactured to order and specifically to meet the end clients' needs.

We can also offer options of operation with pneumatic or hydraulic actuators.








PUMPS

IMCO can supply drainage, sewage, engine driven, potable water and industrial pumps to suit a wide variety of liquid handling applications. We have over 1000 pump models available.

The pumps we offer range from having a 0.15kW to 1000kW motor. All the pumps we offer are selected based on their high-quality compositions, efficiency and reliability.

To support our large stock holding of pumps, we have a wide range of readily available pump accessories and using our knowledge we can source the best selection of pumps to meet with your selection criteria, whether it be a single pump or large multi-disciplinary pumping system.


CONTROLS

Control panels, either bespoke or standard stock products are offered from our partner factory in the United Kingdom.
The standard control panels are available for same-day dispatch and are suitable for controlling single or dual-motor systems. They are available in direct on-line and star-delta starting and can be customized to suit your requirements, offering a range of optional extras including visual warning alarm and telemetry.
For bespoke control systems, an in-house design team in the UK, equipped with the latest technology, allows us to manage the full project from concept to installation.

To complete your control system, we can offer a range of additional ancillaries, including level control from our range of float switches, state-of-the-art remote monitoring and enclosures.

TAPPING SADDLES

Tapping saddles are offered in a variety of sizes and materials suitable for all types of pipeline.

IMCO is also able to offer the drilling machine to allow access into the pipe.









ACCESSORIES

IMCO Ltd can supply almost any related product or accessory to complement our product range.

These include extension spindles, surface boxes, hand wheels, actuators, gaskets, rings, bolt sets, tapping saddles, supplementary paint/coatings, welding kits and so on. One off, bespoke fabricated solutions may also be available depending on the client’s design and requirements.

Our "one-stop-shop" solutions and flexibility allow the client to save time, safe in the knowledge that Imco International Ltd caters to all needs relating to water.


PIPE TIMBERS

IMCO can offer timber bearers and pipeline cradles from sustainable timber sources in Europe.

These can be manufactured to order using modern sawmills and shipped worldwide. Usually softwood such as pine or spruce is used. For heavy duty requirements, oak and other species are also available.

We can literally offer any size from 12mm thick until 300mm thickness, lengths from 0.6meter up to 15 metre in softwood species. FSC or PEFC certification is also available on most products.




BOG MATS

Bog mats, also known as crane mats are an ideal ground protection solution for creating long or medium term temporary access roads or trackways onto site by limiting the impact on the environment.

Bog mats are used to spread heavy imposed loading, minimising surface damage, increasing stability and protecting sub-surface utility services. They can be laid down until the project is complete, and then uplifted and reused.

The thickness of the bog mat can be increased to carry up to 80 tons on reasonably flat ground. All timber is sourced from sustainable and responsible sources.
