All ductile iron pipes and fittings offered by IMCO meet the latest standards. These include ISO2531, ISO4179, ISO8179, ISO4633, ISO7186, EN545, EN598, BS4772 and other equivalent standards following clients' requirements.
Our partner factories meet ISO9001 or ISO9002 quality assurances. Health and safety regulations as well as stringent environmental policies (ISO14001) are strictly adhered to.
Coatings are approved by WRAS in addition to having production compliance certificates from SGS or Bureau Veritas.
Ductile iron pipes and fittings diameter range from DN80mm to DN2600mm with either C class or the older K class. Lengths of pipes are usually up to 6.0metre.
All fittings are packed in wooden boxes (Timber to ISPM 15) or strapped onto a wooden pallet according to the size.
Rubber gaskets are produced in accordance with ISO4633. All gaskets are packed in plastic bags. Gaskets should be stored undercover to avoid sunlight and high temperatures in excess of 25 ℃.
